How long can I keep the dumpster?
We offer two rental options. Weekend Rental includes Friday delivery and Monday pickup. Standard Rental includes seven days. Additional days are available for $15 per day. When booking online, simply choose Weekend Rental or Standard 7-Day Rental.
What can I put in the dumpster?
Most household junk and construction debris is fair game: furniture, appliances (without Freon), wood, drywall, roofing materials, flooring, dirt, gravel, yard waste, and general renovation debris.
What’s not allowed: hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, solvents, oils, tires, batteries, appliances containing Freon (refrigerators, AC units), and biomedical or radioactive materials.

What dumpster size do I need?
For a small cleanout or single-room renovation, a 10 yard dumpster usually does the job. A 15 or 20 yard works well for larger home projects, full room gut-outs, or roofing jobs. Do I need a permit for a dumpster?
If the dumpster is going on your driveway or private property, you typically don’t need a permit. If it needs to sit on a public street, you may need one from your city. That’s the customer’s responsibility to sort out. If you’re not sure, call your city office or give ACES a call and we can point you in the right direction.
How much weight is included in the rental?
Each rental includes a set weight allowance based on size: 10 yard includes 2 tons, 15 yard includes 2.5 tons, 20 yard includes 3 tons, and the 25 yard includes 4 tons. If you go over, overage is charged at $75 per ton. Loading heavy materials like concrete or dirt? Give us a heads up before you load — we’ll make sure you have the right size.
